Centrally managed studies that utilize a call center get access to our proprietary Essential^SM eStudy - our web-based reports portal. eStudy is a secure web site that is password protected and can be accessed 24/7 by both sites and sponsors. It's particularly useful for sponsors who are looking for real-time data on patient recruitment advertising metrics. eStudy allows live analysis of advertising outreach and provides an opportunity to adjust the outreach if needed. Sites find eStudy easy to navigate and allows them to post the resolutions of leads received at any time of day or night. The Patient Recruitment team can then quickly assess site activity in lead resolution and make timely follow up with non-reporting sites.

Clinical Trial Management System

Essential's^SM work-flow and document management tool, CTMS is a web-based tool that links all systems and documents and allows sponsors real time access to every aspect of their project. Our CTMS is fully validated and CFR Part 11 compliant and provides an audit trail for all clinical processes. Of course, secure and authenticated user access includes sponsors and partners on specific projects and also allows direct secure interaction with the study sites.
